Andrey Ryumin demonstrated to Andrey Vorobyov the results of implementing innovative solutions in the network complex management system of Moscow region 29.06.2021

Andrey Ryumin, Director General of PJSC Rosseti, and Andrey Vorobyov, Governor of Moscow Region, visited the new office of the western branch of Rosseti Moscow Region in the Odintsovo urban district and viewed modern customer service and network management centers. The event agenda included a discussion of the issues related to simplifying the procedures for technological connection and improving the system of operational and technical management of the regional network complex.

“We have a long-standing cooperation with Rosseti. At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, we signed an agreement, the purpose of which is providing electricity to both businesses and citizens that are extensively engaged in construction activities in Moscow region. For convenience, we digitize as much as possible to ensure that both the connection cost and the payment are clear. Here, in the Network Management Center, all problems are visible and can be resolved as soon as they arise. We will keep improving the power supply system in Moscow region”, noted Andrey Vorobyov.

Eight urban districts in the western Podmoskovye are within the responsibility area of the new Customer Service Center. It has all conditions for providing fast, high-quality services to visitors, including people with limited mobility. The Center offers a full range of services - from receiving applications and providing consultations to ordering additional services.

Rosseti has radically simplified all procedures for technological connection to power grids of consumers in Moscow Region. Since 2012, the number of required operations has decreased 10-fold, and the average application processing time has also significantly decreased along with the average cost”, emphasized Andrey Ryumin.

In addition, interactive services are being actively introduced in the network complex of Moscow Region:
 - Since 2015, applicants from the region with the required capacity of up to 670 kW (the absolute majority) can connect to networks online, including through a mobile application.
- There is a mobile dialogue office, which provides clients with reference information on a written or voice request.

PJSC Rosseti and Moscow Region have an agreement on long-term mutually beneficial cooperation concluded at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2021. The document is aimed at developing the network complex, increasing the investment attractiveness and competitiveness of the region’s economy.
